Using the 3-3-3-1 Method, participants learn to stay grounded in self-awareness while strengthening relationships built on love and accountability. The method helps create balance across the three areas of life that matter most, self, community, and the area of passion or purpose that drives you forward, through intention setting and expressions of gratitude. It closes with one Bible verse, quote, or affirmation that offers encouragement and gentle guidance for the day, helping you move with gratitude, clarity, and intention.
