Latam Wic ships from Canada. Each order is handled with care, and many items are prepared in small batches. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 3 to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Custom, Made-for-You, or bulk orders have longer processing times, which will be shared during your consultation or noted at checkout.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods
We ship using Canada Post and other trusted carriers. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery timelines within Canada vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping
Latam Wic ships internationally. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.
Latam Wic does not collect or control these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Customs and Import Fees
Customs processing may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. Latam Wic is not responsible for delays, fees, or packages held by customs.
Refusal to pay customs or import fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned. In these cases, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Latam Wic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Packages returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Delivery Responsibility
Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Latam Wic is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to check with household members, building management, or the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with carrier inquiries when possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Latam Wic is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We are happy to assist with claims when possible.
Order Issues or Damage
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
