Latam Wic ships from Canada. Each order is handled with care, and many items are prepared in small batches. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
The item is in its original condition
The item is returned with original packaging
To request a return, please contact us at returns@latamwic.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
Cloth for Head Collection items, including wraps, bonnets, and pillowcases
Custom or Made For You items
Personalized items
Gift cards or credits
Items purchased during sales or promotions
Items marked as final sale on the product page
Because our fabrics are cut individually and many pieces are handmade, pattern placement and colour variation are part of the design and are not considered defects.
Exchanges and Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Issues
Latam Wic is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
