How long will it take for my journal to be ready
Ready-made pieces can be prepared and shipped within three to five business days. If your journal needs to be created after your order is placed, the timing may vary slightly depending on my current queue. Each piece is made with care, so the timeline reflects the attention given to every order.
Can I change the vegan leather flap colour
Yes. You can request a different flap colour using the Custom Order Request form. Some colours may require extra processing time.
Can I request name personalization or logo work
Yes. Personalization options are available for an additional cost. This includes name additions and logo work. Pricing starts at the custom logo rate and will be confirmed once your request is reviewed.
What is the difference between wrapped and snapped
Wrapped covers close with a soft cord. Snapped covers have a vegan leather flap with a snap closure. Both styles are handmade and reusable.
Which size should I choose
Dotted journals are 6 × 9 inches. Lined journals are 8.25 x by 5.75 inches. Both sizes include a refillable journal inside.
Can I order more than one custom journal
Yes. Each journal is made individually, so please submit a separate Custom Order Request form for each item.
How do refills work
Refills are available for both lined and dotted journals. You can request them in the Custom Order form or purchase them separately when they are added to the website.
Do you offer pickup
Yes. Pickup is available. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the pickup location and times.
Are no two journals really the same
Yes. Even when cut from the same cloth, each journal reveals its own connection to the print, making every piece beautifully unique.
