Custom pieces follow the same 3–5 business day processing window as ready-made items. If your request requires additional work or materials, the timeline may vary. You will receive a confirmation email with your expected timeframe based on the current production queue.

Your fabric is based on the product you purchase. After placing your order, include the exact product name on the form so your fabric can be matched correctly. If you are unsure which name to use, you can upload a screenshot of your order confirmation or the product image.

Yes. You can request an alternate flap colour, name personalization, logo work, or minor adjustments. If a request requires additional time or pricing, it will be shared before anything moves forward.

Logo work: $5 each for 1–5 pieces, or $3.50 each for 6+
Name personalization begins at the custom logo rate
$25 one-time logo setup fee per logo
Some design adjustments or material changes may require an additional cost
