If you are RSVPing by e-transfer or offering support for the evening, please share your details below so everything can be processed smoothly.
Send e-transfers to info@latamwic.com, and if you are joining the Support Tribe, select the areas you can support in from the list provided.
This form allows us to confirm your RSVP, prepare your credit, and gather support details for the evening. Because space and roles are limited, RSVPs and Support Tribe placements are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you prefer to RSVP by e-transfer, these FAQs offer clarity on how your payment is confirmed and how credits are assigned. Completing the RSVP Info Form allows us to match your payment and allocate your credit accurately. Without the form, the full credit is issued only to the sender.

Send your payment to info@latamwic.com and complete the RSVP Info Form so we can confirm your details.

You will receive an email once we receive your form and match it to your e-transfer. Your RSVP credit will be emailed within 24–48 hours.

Entrance is only confirmed once the form is completed. Your RSVP holds space for you in the main part of the evening, and completing the form helps us match your details, prepare your credit, and avoid confusion at the door.

Yes. This form lets us confirm your RSVP, allocate your credit correctly, and record the details needed for event check-in.

Yes. If you would like each guest to receive their own credit, please complete the RSVP Info Form with each person’s full name and email address so we can assign the individual credits accurately.
