As a small business, shipping is expensive - we do not get postage deals like other big corporations. The amount we charge for shipping rarely covers the actual cost of shipping. Shipping cost is calculated based on the types of items you order, the quantity, the estimated delivery date, and the delivery location. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. We are not responsible for additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Additionally, when ordering from CafePress.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. A flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping to Ontario & Quebec, $20 to other parts of Canada.
Free shipping on orders over $150.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 12km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Delays may occur due to customs. All customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.

We only accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at disputes@LatamWic.com within 5 business days of receipt to discuss any goods damaged in shipment. At this time damaged goods are handled on a case-by-case basis, however, damaged products must be identified and documented with supplied photography for our records. Damaged merchandise that meets the aforementioned qualifications may be returned and will be replaced with new merchandise at no additional cost. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 business days after receipt. Barring damage in transit, all merchandise sales are final.
