Inspired by the Acholi translation of Latam Wic, meaning “cloth for head”, this collection celebrates culture, confidence, and self-expression. What began as a personal way to feel beautiful, protected, and connected to my roots has grown into a collection that invites others to do the same.
Each piece is handmade with African-sourced fabric and designed with the intention to honour individuality, comfort, and creativity. Whether styled as a wrap, worn for protection, or enjoyed as a satin-lined pillowcase that adds both beauty and care, every item carries meaning and purpose.
The Cloth for Head Collection reminds us that culture can be worn, shared, and celebrated every day. No two pieces are ever the same, each one beautifully unique, just like the person it was created for. Every item is made with love and intention, beautifully connecting style and culture.

The first creation that began the Latam Wic journey, each wrap is made with love and intention. More than a fashion statement, it carries purpose, protection, and pride. It can be styled in many ways such as a headwrap, belt, or accessory, or even used as a table runner. Wraps can also be customized with your name or logo for a personal touch.
To learn new ways to adorn your wrap, join a Let’s Wrap Experience for groups or a Let’s Unwind Experience for smaller, more personal settings focused on reflection and connection. -

To some, a bonnet feels more approachable than a wrap, yet it carries the same sense of culture and confidence. Each one is satin-lined for protection and designed for comfort through prolonged wear. The flat top helps lay edges in place, making it both functional and stylish. A personal mix of limited designs, everyday pieces, and inspired moments.
The Tribe Edit brings together personal favourites and limited designs created from instinct and inspiration. Each piece is chosen for its colours, its shape, or the feeling it carries.
Many items are released in small batches and offered only when the moment feels right. Once sold out, some pieces can be requested again through the Made for You experience, giving you the option to recreate something meaningful or request an item that complements another piece from our collections.

These are one time creations made with specific fabrics or designs that will not be repeated. Once they sell out, they are gone unless requested again through the Made for You experience.
